This site is operated by DREAM FILM PRODUCTION COMPANY SRL, with its registered office in Bucharest, District 1, Soseaua Bucuresti Ploiesti, no. 15, Office no. 15, 4th floor, registered with the Trade Registry attached to the Bucharest Tribunal under no. J2003016735405, unique registration code 15979862. In this policy, DREAM FILM PRODUCTION COMPANY SRL is the controller of personal data for data collected directly through the site, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR.

  1. What data we collect

We collect personal data in the following situations. When you fill in the contact form on the site, we collect your name, email address, phone number and the message you send. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address, through the Newsman platform. Through Google Analytics, we collect technical data about your visit to the site, such as device type, browser used and pages viewed.

  1. Purpose of processing

We use your data to respond to requests submitted through the contact form, to send you our newsletter, if you have subscribed, and to understand how the site is used, in order to improve it.

  1. Legal basis

We process your data based on consent, when you subscribe to the newsletter or fill in a form, and based on legitimate interest, for the analysis of site traffic.

  1. Who we share your data with

Data submitted through the contact form is processed by Newsman, which acts as our processor and stores the data exclusively on servers within the European Union.

Google, through the Analytics service, analyzes site traffic and may transfer data to servers in the United States of America. This transfer is carried out under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, an adequacy framework recognized by the European Commission, under which Google is certified.

We may also share your data with government or law enforcement authorities, at their request or where we are required to do so in order to fulfil a legal obligation.

We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

  1. How long we keep your data

We keep data from the contact form for one year from the last contact, if the request does not turn into a collaboration. We keep the email address used for the newsletter for as long as you remain subscribed, and you can delete it at any time, by unsubscribing.

Without prejudice to the other provisions of this section, we will retain information and documents, including electronic documents, which contain personal data, where we are required to do so by law, where the information or documents are relevant to any ongoing or potential legal proceedings, and in order to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights, including providing information to other parties for the purpose of fraud prevention.

  1. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right of access to the data we hold about you, subject to certain legal conditions. This right of access consists of the right to obtain confirmation from us as to whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed, and, if so, the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold. Where you exercise this right in a manner that is manifestly excessive or unfounded, we will be entitled to charge a fee to cover the necessary costs we incur.

You also have the right to request rectification, if the data is incorrect, the right to request erasure, also known as the right to be forgotten, which allows you to obtain the deletion of personal data in certain cases, for example where you have withdrawn your consent, where the processing is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or where the processing is unlawful. You have the right to object to processing, the right to request restriction of processing and the right to data portability.

You also have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, the right to seek judicial remedy for the protection of any rights guaranteed by law, and the right to be notified by us of any security breach that has or may have an impact on your data.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing, ANSPDCP, if you consider that your rights have been infringed.
